The Retailers Association of India (RAI) organised a focused workshop on the Certificate Program in Laws Relating to Retail in India was conducted on 29 January 2026 at Abad Plaza, Cochin.

The session saw participation from around 25 delegates and featured an expert presentation by Adv. Gopal Naik, Senior Partner at Vision Law. Designed in an interactive format, the workshop enabled in-depth discussions between participants and the speaker, and received highly positive feedback from attendees.

The agenda covered key regulatory frameworks, compliance obligations, recent legal developments impacting organised and unorganised retail, and practical case studies drawn from real business scenarios.
