In collaboration with its academic partner Universal SkillTech University, a series of “Career in Retail” counselling sessions were conducted for students across two campuses over Friday and Saturday. The initiative reached more than 750 students through six focused lectures aimed at introducing career pathways within the retail sector.

The sessions provided insights into industry roles, emerging opportunities, and the skills required to build sustainable careers in retail. Designed to create early awareness and informed decision-making among students, the programme highlighted the growing scope of retail as a dynamic and evolving employment domain.
