A five-day Retail Bridge Course recently provided graduate and postgraduate students with practical exposure to the retail sector through a blend of classroom learning and hands-on industry interaction. Conducted from January 23 to January 27, 2026, the 30-hour programme covered core areas including customer experience, merchandising, shopper behaviour, retail marketing, store operations, retail IT, and customer relationship management (CRM).
The course also featured guided store visits and live industry projects, enabling participants to understand real-world retail dynamics beyond theoretical frameworks. Designed as a focused pathway into the sector, the initiative aimed to help students build job-ready skills and gain insights into one of India’s fastest-evolving industries
