Retailers Association of India (RAI) will be organising an interactive workshop on the Food Safety and Standards Regulations to get all your questions answered by top food safety experts, including officials from the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).

The session will take place on March 15, 2023 from 10 am at Hotel Abode, Hyderabad.

The Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006 defines Food Safety as an "assurance that food is acceptable for human consumption according to its intended use." Food Safety ensures that food is safe for human consumption and involves handling, preparation, and storage of food in ways that prevent food borne illness.
