RAIs Workshop Transforming Retail Operations Across India

In a recent series of transformative workshops, the Retailers Association of India (RAI) has taken significant strides in revolutionizing store operations. Their flagship workshop, 'Excellence in Store Operations' (ESOps), was conducted in Kochi on January 17, 2024, and in Kolkata on January 31, 2024, garnering resounding success with the participation of 85 employees from over 20 leading organizations.

ESOps: A Game-Changer in Retail Operations

Crafted to optimize various facets of retail operations, ESOps focuses on four critical areas: Managing Profitability, In-store Visual Merchandising, Local Store Marketing & Catchment Area Analysis, and Understanding Buying and Merchandising & Inventory Management. The workshop is designed as a comprehensive platform for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness within the retail sector.
