The Retailers Association of India debuted its inaugural Retail Store Design Summit on February 28th, converging at the scenic Westin Mumbai Powai Lake. This groundbreaking event, integral to the Retail Leadership Summit, marked a pivotal moment in retail industry innovation and strategy.

Spearheaded by Dr. Lawrence Fernandes of Retail Learning & Member Relationship, the summit served as a meeting ground for top retail experts, industry leaders, and visionary innovators. The event's central theme revolved around the evolution of in-store design and the enhancement of customer experience, offering a comprehensive view of the retail landscape's future.

Summit Highlights:

The event featured a range of sessions, including discussions on innovative store layouts aimed at boosting customer flow and sales. Transformation in store design that mirrors brand personality was a key focus, alongside dynamic merchandise display techniques and enhancing customer service. Discussions also touched on creating engaging store atmospheres through sensory elements like music and scent, along with analyzing the impact of store design on performance metrics.

The fireside chat titled "Tech Augments Touch" featured Hari Krishnan of AZORTE and Pawan Nagarwal from Ace Turtle Omni Pvt Ltd, exploring the integration of technology in enhancing the retail experience.
